Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. Orders submitted before 12PM PST with Two-Day shipping method will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12PM PST or Saturday and Sunday will ship the next business day.
All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service. The following shipping methods are in effect during this time:
• Ground: Will arrive in 3-5 business days
• Two-Day: Will arrive in 2 business days
Free ground shipping offer valid on orders $200 or over. Free ground shipping offered within the continental United States only. This offer excludes shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico
All orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country.
Any unworn merchandise you would like to return for a full refund must be sent back to Cristina Foltea Jewelry, within 10 business days of receipt of product. Items are eligible for an exchange for up to 30 days after the receipt of product.
All sales are final on permanently discounted or marked down merchandise. Sale or clearance items or international orders are NOT eligible for return or exchange.
Purchases made using PayPal as a payment method are not eligible for exchange and can only be processed as a return.
Please allow up to 15 business days for your exchange or return to be processed. Business days are Monday-Friday except for federal holidays. Return processing begins after your package is delivered to us.
